Meat Entree: Chicken Qorma
Chicken thighs simmer to perfection in a broth of serrano peppers and warm spices, seasoned with lemon at the end.
Vegetarian Entree: Daal Makhni (Butter Lentils)
Lentils simmered in a tomato based sauce with ginger, garlic and serrano peppers.
Each entrée also comes with the following sides and is meant to serve one adult:
Kahumar salad of tomatoes, onions, lemon and cilantro. A spicy mint chutney, with fragrant Basmati Rice and Anne's Flatbread! Our local favorite!
