Meat Entree: Kebab Hindi
A kebab dish that has an Indian connection as do many of the dishes served throughout the Middle East. Flavorfully seasoned beef kebabs braised in an aromatic tomato based sauce.
Vegetarian Entree: Ful Medames
Parsley and olive oil garnish fava beans, lemon, and garlic which are blended into a hearty healthy dish.
Each entrée also comes with the following sides and is meant to serve one adult.
Syrian Vermicelli Rice and
Tabouli, a refreshing chilled salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, mint and bulgur wheat.
