This summer, take a page from our newest neighbors. Gather with friends around a platter of goodies to cool down, slow down, and EAT.
One of the things we love and value about our new neighbors is the way they gather. Cups of tea passed around, and always, a tray full of goodies to share. Our friends inspired us: Our vision: we provide you with the eats, and you create the community.
Here's how it works: Every Wednesday, from July 29th-August 26th, we'll work with chefs and our friends at Dama Rose to create a custom platter of mezze. Each box will feed 4 people a full meal, OR 8 people light bites. Order on Thursdays when menus are announced, OR pre-order your box now, trusting that we'll curate a delicious assortment of goodies. Pick-up is Wednesdays between 5-6pm, or via special arrangement (email beth@softlandingmissoula.org to arrange).
Help Soft Landing Missoula share the gifts and talents of refugees in our community, while offering our chefs supplemental income AND a chance to share their culture. Bring a box to share with friends at barbecues, picnics, book clubs, wine nights. Or just snack on the box yourself - we won't tell!
Each box will contain:
2 handmade dips/apps
1 handmade chutney
Handmade bread
Cheese from Dama Rose
Nuts & dried fruit or olives
Fresh fruits/veggies
