UWE Grab & Go

Our Grab & Go program evolved out of a clear request from the Missoula community: more food, please! At the same time, our chefs were asking for more time in the kitchen. Now available all week at Masala (206 W Main St), try these delicious products, from dips and desserts, to simmering sauces and chutneys, all made by our chefs in our commercial kitchen. Masala is open from 11am-9pm Monday-Friday and 5pm-9pm on Saturday.

Chef Zohair's Menu:

Vegetable Curry & Rice - Vegan 
Zohair’s curries are legendary. Cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, and green peas simmered in a spicy, flavor-packed curry. Served with basmati rice. Make it a complete meal by adding a delicious side of Zeera salad and chutney!

Zeera Salad - Vegan 
A bright salad of tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro, spiked with lime juice.

Zeera Chutney - Vegetarian
This spicy yogurt chutney has notes of mint, cilantro, garlic and a serrano chili kick! Enjoy with curries, alongside meat dishes, or with bread.

Zohair's Curry Simmering Sauce - Vegan  
Want to try your hand at your own curry? Get a head start with this gorgeous simmering sauce of tomato, ginger, garlic, cilantro, and spicy Serrano chilis. Add chicken, shrimp or your favorite veggies. Serve with rice and Zeera salad and chutney for a full meal!

Dessert: GajRaila
Carrot pudding scented with cardamom and studded with raisins. The perfect sweet treat!

Cardamom Shortbread Cookies  
Buttery and sweet with a little kick of cardamom, dipped in chocolate. 


Anne's Bread
Grab a bag of Anne's bread, either the flatbread we all love, or her amazing potato cheese bread! Perfect to eat with mutabbal or baba ganoush!
