Meat Entree: Kubba Simple

This dish is a grand representation of Iraqi cuisine, made with traditional Syrian seasonings. It consists of a filet of beef and onion wrapped inside savory spiced bulgur wheat - the flavor has a distinct umami quality. The little wrap is then fried until crisp and golden, then topped with Mutabal sauce, a blended combination of roasted eggplant, tahini, yogurt and spices.


Vegetarian Entree: Leek and Chickpeas

Leeks and Chickpeas simmer together in warm Syrian spices to create this richly flavored  aromatic protein rich dish.
